When Nagi saw the body of water, she couldn't resist. She charged down the sloped land, woofing in delight as her tail wagged a happy rhythm of joy. Brother Lake, here I come! she thought to herself, not even aware that technically this was a basin and not a lake. Even if she had known, it probably wouldn't have stopped her from calling it a lake anyways.

Having grown up on the shores of a lake, Nagi felt that she had a strong connection with lake-like bodies of waters. Every lake had a slightly different feel to it. But all were similar in that they were just so comforting to be around!

It was then that Nagi caught sight of the monochromatic wolf that was definitely not a part of the lake. She applied her brakes, skidding a little bit in the process. Her paw pads didn't appreciate it, but they would survive. Who cared about them when there was a new wolf to interact with? Maybe this one would be much friendlier than the last stranger she met.

"Hey!" she barked out in a friendly greeting as she approached. Thankfully, she was now in control of her speed and moved at a non-frightening pace.
