The summons echo over the sounds of the island and, while hesitant, Ruvik answers by making his way across the land bridge as quickly as he can. A hunt - he scarcely remembers the last time he had hunted in a pack before. The Savior had provided for Augustus' little group; they had very little need to take down prey as large as these shore-dwelling beasts.

Ruvik eyes them cautiously as he approaches the group, skittering along the sand nervously until he was well within the safety of the other wolves. His eyes seek out Huā, sitting gracefully yet alone atop a boulder. He mistook her non-participation to be a cultural thing - the royalty of the pack did not engage, but simply oversaw the hunts. He gives a quick wag of his tail to the queen before turning to the pale furred huntress as she lays out their plans.

Ruvik's heart hammers in his chest, glancing from Ying to the beasts along the shore, staring in particular at their fangs that protruded from their mouths like daggers ready to tear into wolf flesh. He begins to anxiously dance from paw to paw as another, much larger, male speaks up, announcing he would keep the other sea lions back. Making his way over to the auburn wolf, Ruvik aligns with him to serve as look out, if only to selfishly keep his cowardly self away from the majority of the fighting. "Ruvik also d-defend,"
Ruvik is a limited consent character, which means you don't need my consent to inflict damage (anything goes — except outright killing him)!
