Emrik was relieved when both Connor and Howl were quick to respond. He dipped his head in greeting to them both, but his customary smile was nowhere to be seen. He had been trying his best to find any evidence of Evergreen and Winterbourne throughout the territory, and he thinks just maybe he may have found something. They stood alongside the edge of the river, not to far from the border to head further inland.
