She crooned for her lovers—beckoning with a need that surpassed the first nights when she had called for him and him alone. 

He had believed jealousy might not tear it’s ugly head, but it was not to be. Sialuk had left Moonspear for a time—and during that time he had kept busy, but eager for her return. 

Her return had been what spurred the man to realize that home was not on the mountain he stood upon, but Sialuk herself.. 

And so when the stars guided him to her—his raindrop—it was with the thick scent of Chakliux and their love making. 

And he felt as if a brick had slammed into him. 

She had mated the mated man and he remained thunderstruck by this idea—having believed children would perhaps have been reserved to the right of whom she chose as husband or wife. 

He inhaled sharply once more—now ducking his muzzle in, intense pale eyes upon the pale dove in question. A quiet question within his gaze.
