All Welcome
Forward dated to the 22 where Valium is 19 days old and walking around!

Once he was on his feet and wandering around, Valium wasted no time to start walking and wandering a little further.... and further... away from his mother's den to see that bright light outside of the cave she had claimed. The world was stiff fuzzy but he could make out general shapes, and he was thirsty to stretch out his legs and go investigate the world that loomed just outside their door.

With a few stumbling feet here and there, the boy made it to the mouth of the cave - and boy, was the world BIG! He couldn't see the end of it, and it was so damn bright! There were certain smells he could pick up already, other wolves that was not just his mother (even if she still smelled so damn delicious with all that milk at the ready), but there were others.

Who were they? Who were they to him? Family? Were they beneath he and his sister (now that he knew she existed and who she was to him)? As he stared out into the big blob of the world that laid just outside his den, the awkward pup plopped his butt back down to the ground, staring in wonder to the great fuzzy outdoors that would soon be his to explore.

He hated that Serem still stood in his place. The thought would not leave his mind. The anger he hadn't felt in the duration of his absence from the pack was back with a vengeance(ha). He stalked toward the woman's den so lost in rage as the sun beat down upon his fur that he began to intend nothing other than to steal his spot from her while she slept.

Then he saw the child.

Freezing in place he stared, silver eyes first going wide and then narrowing at the fluffy squirt of a fuzzball that reeked of Serem and milk. It was....it was cute and for some reason that pissed him off even more yet slowly his rear found a spot on the ground. "Can you talk yet?" he asked voice neutral while his lips twisted into a sneer as he figured either way he wouldn't get a response.

wow I'm so sorry he wrote as such a butt >_<

She noticed that her brother had made it to his feet first and the spunky little pup gave out a small growl. How come he did it first she was able to see her brother in the distance and tried to bring herself closer. With a little bit of steps as well as some crawling she finally made it and now she saw someone else. It looked like her brother but much bigger. "Roooo." She spoke sort of

He could barely hear it, barely see it, and it was scary at first - the odd mumbling sound was familiar... words but not quite words in his yet to be fully opened ears. Fat from Serem's milk, he bounded awkwardly toward the figure, fearless and excited to meet something new, unaware of how dangerous stuff like this was just yet, he wanted to push up and get closer to the boy's face to sniff around.

It was his only way to identify things right now anyway. He was curious, perhaps way too curious for his age. His tail awkwardly swayed, heavy, thudding one from one side the next while trying to steady himself on his hind legs, bracing against the leg of the bigger thing. They were new, not a smell he knew of. Instead of talking in return, he managed to let out a few tiny barks, yips, and tiny growls in response, throwing his head back excitedly with every sound he made.

The sneer fell away as a second one popped out of the den and answered wordlessly. Valour stared at them unsure what to do anymore "Ser-" he started to call for their mother before he was taken by surprise, the boy pup jumping into action and bouncing at him. Startled he sprang to his paws tail arching over his back as he curled his lips over his fangs a snarl rising and dying just as fast in his throat as he stared down at the ball of fluff that propped itself against him. The kid started yapping and barking at him, even the growls sounding pathetically small. He snickered leaning down and with a firm but harmless touch of his muzzle bumping the boy back down to the ground. "Don't" he said to the loud boy, spotting a pine cone on the ground and gently kicking it at the pup careful of how hard it went at him as he didn't want to do any damage. "Your momma's lucky" he muttered under his breath tossing a bitter look at the woman's den.

While the bigger thing pushed him away, he bit with his itty bitty barely formed teeth at the figure pressuring him away. The force causing him to awkwardly sit down with a barely audible thump. determination burned within him as he kept trying to bite the figure even as they pulled away, stumbling over his paws as he tried to get up again.

Something else rolled by, smaller than the fuzzy figure and moving of all things. Thumping he tried to catch it with his paws, biting the odd texture and wrestling with it in his rough play. Whatever this was, he would destroy it. Sooner or later he would get stronger with all these movements, with his sheer might of determination.

Whatever this thing was that he was chewing, it didn't feel good. It was hard, sharp, and not the soft fleshy things he was so accustomed to. He hated it and only got rougher while trying to pull and rip the pinecone apart.

With a yawn, his wrath would be spared for today as the fatigue soon enough began to settle in. Already too much excitement for one day. Leaving the cone behind, he stumbled his way back to Serem's side to snuggle up to the smell of sweet sweet milk and take a nap before his next meal; dreaming of that fuzzy figure and what it might have been.

As much as he burned to be prevented from his attack, the kid proved entertaining. The girl was watching and yapping at them as the boy attacked the pinecone with such pure ferocity Valour was sure he could prove a deadly warrior. It was interesting enough that even as the boy defeated the pinecone and sleepily toddled to his mother Valour sat and watched over the den in silent contemplation. Before leaving to go about his business he found a pinecone and left it outside the den for the kid to find, nodding goodbye to the girl pup and heading off.

She was a bit confused at the object that big thing had left at the entrance but she simply followed her brother towards their mother and she softly fell asleep next to her belly and little did she know that she had been watching them the entire time They had been up and she simply curled around them and dozed off.
