back-dated sometime between the 16th and 20th?
He'd been gone for some time, unwilling to stray far from the willow wolves wwhile they seemed to be in danger. But there'd been no news from the Saints in some time, and Kin knew it was high time to be getting back to Easthollow. His jaw was aching fiercely by the time he dragged himself across the borders, carrying the elk skull laden with seashells for @Valette. He had little else to show for all his rambling aside from information, but as of yet, the ruddy male did not think he'd done terribly wrong by being out for so long. He only hoped that his welcome had not run out, and more importantly, that Easthollow had fared passably well since he'd last seen it.
The male followed Valette's scent to where it grew thickest — toward the den. He was wary of drawing too close, and so he left the skull nearby and hoped Valette would find it with his scent and know it was from him.
Then he trotted quickly away, wondering if he might see Polaris or Arlette or @Rosewood again anytime soon. Failing that, there were several other pack mates he had not yet, but certainly hoped to meet.
* Kincaid is obviously not a shibe in a cowboy hat. Just a regular, reddish wolf. His avatar is just a silly spiritual portrait.

Silence grew within her soul like sun-drunk vines, and Oryx had become increasingly more withdrawn following the incident involving the pale witch who had attacked her without warning, and had bitten her ear off. While Oryx had never been a terribly vain wolf, she was well aware that her new appearance would attract some attention, and attention was not something that Oryx was particularly comfortable with. She did what hunting she needed to do for herself, and tended to the healing of her own ear, but otherwise kept to herself.
But that wouldn't last forever. She couldn't simply avoid everyone in the pack, especially not when they considered her to be a part of the family. Still- she couldn't help but feel as though she was a distant relation, and nothing more than that- as she had been allowed to heal on her own without turning heads or having others coming to check in on her. If nothing else, she found herself becoming more and more disenchanted with the idea of being a part of the pack- and found herself wondering if perhaps she wasn't better off simply returning to Thatcher Knoll, and accepting whatever punishment she'd face for having run away.
The thought crossed her mind and had her engulfed in misery when she looked up to see someone she didn't recognize trotting in her direction, looking as though he'd just come from where she knew Arlette's den to be. Having little faith in herself, and little trust for strangers, Oryx backed up, and attempted to shrink into a thicket in a somewhat noisy attempt to become a shadow.
