lil pp of Qil. let me know if you'd like me to change it!

Never had her life taken such a drastic turn— no, that was a lie. Never had she been thrust in to parenthood in a mere few minutes. Well, at least she could say it had happened. Damien had been less than curteous when allowing the stay of the strange child, yet she did not think much of it. However tempermental he was, Damien was smart. He knew with the loss of Malice's bastard brood the Brotherhood was with no next generation. By no means was the small girl that had latched on to her teat, a replacement litter, but she was a start. And there had not been a question wether or not Nemesis was ready for such a responsibility, she was the only female that was able to produce a substance relative enough for the child to regain her limited strength. Yet, that did not make her any less unprepared. How dare Kove simply bring a child to them, of all things, and simply expect her to embrace someone else's kid gnawing on her tits? No! She had been accepting right up until the point where she now had the mandatory, life draining job of sitting around making sure the little shit wasn't dying of starvation, only to have it ungratefully bite at her like she was it's first kill (abraxas, ehe)

She lay within the damp corners of Kove's den, the child being her only company. Was this the life of a mother? Laying about, watching the world pass by from the confines of a den while little beings destined to terrorize feasted upon her like heathens? She had only been like this for less than a day, yet she willfully decided this was not for her. Her head rested in the crook of her paws, her eyelids heavy with exhaustion. Yet, the critter switching by her flank paid no mind to her state. Instead, it latched yet again upon a teat, it's small yet sharp teeth digging in to the most sensative part of her body. One could imagine her reaction to the rude awakening. "You little—," She began, but held her toung, refraining from speaking bad to an innocent thing. "We have gone through this, they don't work now bugger off," She glared at the small child, her head craning back to inspect the actions of the girl. She rolled her eyes. She would come to accept the child as her own, but she had not planned to mother a stupid one.

Her head only snapped forward as the scent of Potema approached, her sharp gaze pulled away from the sneaky little thing that rested beside her. "Potema," She greeted, a nod of her head in curteousy to the healer. Yet, her eyes zeroed in on the package that was clasped between the jaws of the female. Anything brought from Potema's sources was bound to have some natural use, she concluded, but she waited for the female to explain rather than bombard her with questions. Alas, what else did she have to do than sit in the den and lay patient for the child to grow a brain and conclude that Nemesis was her only food source for the time being, and if it wanted anything, it would have to stop leaving teeth prints behind.
the only way to keep your people loyal is
to make certain they fear you more than they do the enemy
