Arbiter didn't seem to disagree with his suggestion, which was a relief, but he could tell she was growing irritated with Charles, and wow was he glad he wasn't the one on the receiving end of her curt words. He could understand her frustration with the boy; how could he not know what he wanted? Pheiros could understand being indecisive about things, but like, he was standing on their borders, and they were offering him help getting home if he wanted it. Shouldn't he at least be able to figure that out for himself?
