All Welcome
early evening, cloudy, 43 F

Sayf found himself near the wellspring again, this time he was not within its waters; he meandered down the bank, cleaning up debris, rocks, and anything else that might make the place look dirty. It was important to keep these waters clean and inviting, like a small paradise away from daily life.

It appeared someone had eaten a meal here at some point in the day, and its remains were left scattered along the mud. The fellahin picked up the bone shards and discarded meat and quickly took them far enough to where the sand was dry. He dug a hole and promptly disposed of the trash, covering it up once he had deposited all of it inside the hole.

He trotted back along the muddy sand when he was done, his gaze travelling up to the sky. The sun had set not long ago, and now the sky held it's normal navy hue, the thick clouds that had blocked the sun most of the day still visible against the darkness. But it meant no stars could be seen tonight.

He had work to do anyway, and he quickly returned to it.
