His needs were very simple in life and he had talked very little for them. It had always been easy to shove aside siblings for meals, tug hard enough for a toy. Even Bjarna he had been able to compete with! Unaware that she had been giving in those times, but alas.
Now his world felt upside down. Confusing and jarring. With it came a sudden opening of a more emotional line in him.

Which was how he had ended up here, just beyond the edges of Kvarsheim. And he ripped up dead clumps of old flowers and wilted grass.
