Born as a result of a fling between his former packs delta and alpha, Kas was seen as an inferior burden to the band. Like his siblings, who also shared his feelings of discomfort within the ranks, a future at the bottom of the pile was not really one to look forward to. His mother, the Alphess, thought of him as a worthless brat, his father, the delta, wasn't much better either. After many turbulent months of this unrest he, along with the majority of his siblings, decided that leaving the pack would be for the better.
