Juria was born to a single mother, and as soon as she was able to follow after her mother, the pair sought solace within the Veld; the wolves there were very welcoming; however good Juria's childhood started, her advancement to adulthood was characterized by a fast moving illness that took her mother. The loss of her mother sent her in to a downward spiral. She left the only home she'd ever known and spent the next several months working through the emotional toil of the loss.


Arrowhead Basin

When she grew tired of living alone, she pledged herself to the nearest pack and worked quietly, diligently, as one of the most dedicated hunters in the history of Arrowhead; this eventually garnered her the attention of interested menfolk, but Juria was too invested in her work to reciprocate any feelings they may have had for her. Eventually the sense of acceptance she'd found in the pack evaporated, and she decided to leave.


Flintlock Cove

After dispersing with a pair of youngsters born within Arrowhead, the trio decided to travel together, and eventually found themselves along the coast. The pack of pirates that they came across was intriguing for the yearlings but less so for Juria, however, she became charmed by some of the rogues she encountered and became a dedicated part of the resident crew. Juria worked hard and eventually landed a high rank — and then was lured away from Flintlock by one of her allies trying to branch out with their own crew. They struggled for a few months before giving up, leaving Juria alone once more.

While Juria is tracking the scent of a carcass she discovers herself within claimed territory and hastily retreats, but is soon found by the creek's Alpha. After a brief conversation he offers her a place to stay in exchange for work, and she happily accepts.
