a sleek salt-slicked creature; a shimmering sea-dweller of argent and ink. finely sculpted and delicate, painted with splashes of puckered scar tissue scattering willowy limbs and slim underside. ink-masked and midnight-dappled from the lower back down over shades varying from chrome to dove grey across the body. a slight figure, lost easily in shadows. a soft, feminine face offset by sharp champagne eyes burning ice cold and ageless.

born to tartaros, the spiritual leader of an ancient tribe, and a foreign woman washed ashore with no memories, who took the moniker rhea shortly before her death.
second in line for the role of conduit, trained cruelly and relentlessly; a controversial heir, disrupting tradition, bringing unrest.
a dark twist saw them thrust suddenly into their fated role, to the outrage of the telkhines. for the first time, amaranthine lit with rebellion as the tribe defied the will of their gods. set upon by their own people, nausicaä fled with their guardian, hephaestus.
for the telkhines' arrogance, thalassa herself wrought destruction on the beautiful island in the wake of her conduit's escape. the few survivors scattered in search of their lost leader, who enters teekons now at the beckoning of their mother.
here, they will rest — pray — watch — prepare. and one day, the telkhines will return.
