Define perdition: (in Christian theology) a state of eternal punishment and damnation into which a sinful and unpenitent person passes after death.
Perdition does not remember his true name. He was struck by lightning several years ago, though if it was directly or indirectly, he's not sure. Due to the trauma of being struck, he now suffers these symptoms, often on a daily basis:
Nerve and muscle damage
Chronic pain
Amnesia and other memory problems
Involuntary muscle spasms/tics
Some hearing loss
Confusion
Impotence (it is unclear whether he is capable of fathering children)
PTSD and depression
Perdition chose his name after being struck by lightning because he believes he is being punished for something, due to the permanent problems he suffers now because of it. He is angry, tired, and disillusioned.

**OOC Note: Please understand that I did a lot of research before making this character and am not trying to write him as a shock-factor character. In terms of his mental health problems specifically, I have anxiety, depression, and PTSD in real life, so I am capable of writing these issues without doing so for "drama." I intend to write him as an experimental character, but one I will take seriously because I am aware that people in real life suffer with these problems daily.
