Mustang’s a lesson. A hard one in what happens when you let ambitions run unchecked.
The golden boy is massive, undoubtedly packed with sled dog muscle from his domestic ancestors, as well as a thick double coat that only makes him seem even more large. He strides with confidence, moving like a carefully contained storm. A thunderhead rolling across the prairie. He has a jaunty zing to his step, aided by youth. Still lanky and coltish with youth, Mustang is in the middle of his final growth spurt
Mustang’s coat is a buttery shade of gold, with toasty brown at his points, and delicate wings across his back. A lighter cream color accents his neck, as well as his muzzle and paws, and flecks across his tail and inside the wings on his back. His inner ears are also this cream color. White streaks down from his forehead to his muzzle, curving down to touch his chin, as well as sitting on the toes of his front paws. Mustang sports dual colored eyes, but only one shows this phenomenon. His right eye is a shining turquoise straight through, while the other is broken up by steely sky blue around the pupil. His nose is a shade of liver, no doubt inherited from domestic roots.

Mustang’s as polite as any young man raised right should be if he doesn’t wanna disrespect his momma.
He’s a sweet boy, really, kind as can be. Mustang is incredibly good hearted, and seeks it out in everyone. He knows the world can be a not so nice place, and he wants to make it better. He clings to his good temperament with stubborn will. He’s the kind of guy who’ll help an old lady cross the street with her groceries, a model Boy Scout. He’s gentle, with a natural tendency to get flustered by compliments, even give them an “aw shucks”
Unfortunately, his upbringing left him with a few scars. Mustang is rather unsure of himself, and can’t make a decision to save his life. He tends to believe things a little too easily, especially with authority figures. He also doesn’t know his own strength, and has a tendency to accidentally hurt others while sparring or play fighting.

Born of an error, Mustang was born into a wolfdog sanctuary to his mother Bluebell with his siblings Colt and Marea. Colt was stolen when they were four, and Mustang never knew where his brother went.
At six months, he was sent north to another sanctuary, but was lost in transit along the way. After spending a winter alone, barely surviving, he ended up in the Wilds
