given new purpose in light of her self-assigned quest, cascadia presents herself as a well-groomed wolf of silent confidence. the truth, however, may reveal itself in time.

a pretty creature, perhaps, if not for the constant state of dishevelment that hangs over her like a dark cloud. cas rarely bothers to care for herself, a fact which is evident in the unkempt state of her coat and the frequent muddiness of her paws. what little weight she carries clings tight to her bones, giving her a sickly appearance that greatly diminishes the natural beauty she was born with. a self-fulfilling prophecy, she carries herself with no small amount of shame and shyness; she is a cripplingly insecure girl, believing herself trash, worse than trash, the scum under the filth at the bottom of the barrel. and while that may not be true for now, cas seems burdened by a perpetual compulsion to make it so.

a starkly pale undercoat mottled with ashen guard hairs gives her a tarnished silver appearance, almost appearing to glow under the morning sun, while charcoal hackles dapple her spine and ruff. the brilliant argent of her base coat is offset by ruddy accents in the form of deep red stockings and half-mask, sharply contrasting her wide, childlike sea-glass eyes. she is tiny, like her mother and her mother before her. she never knew her father, or she'd know that it was much the same on his end.
