Rather small, about as small as they come, Sadbh could almost be mistaken for a coyote. Almost. Wolfish features set them apart from the other canid, so they’ve got that going for them. Despite their small size, they are fairly muscled, rippling under their coat in the summer months. While not stocky, they do have some meat to their bones. They have a determined march as their step, aggressively speed walking wherever they go. For every one step a larger wolf takes, Sabdh takes two, their short stride making them a living, breathing cannon ball. Their voice is harsh, grating, with a thick Gaelic accent and a guttural quality to the vowels.
Sadbh’s coat is thickly plush, soft curls spreading across their rib cage and curling around their face, giving them a sweet, soft quality to their face that immediately disappears when they open their mouth. Their base is of a blue grey shade, like that of a Russian blue cat almost, with darker blue coating their neck and stomach. Their most distinctive feature, perhaps, is the thick furred tail that is marked on top with dark blue, and on the bottom with silver that fades to white towards the end. Sabdh’s eyes are twin emeralds, sharp and refined.

You’ve never met a medic with a worse bedside manner than Sadbh. They would strap you to the bed if you didn’t take your meds, and would pull a knife to make sure you did. All of the personality of a wolf twenty times bigger than they are, they’re comparable to a chainsaw in manners, all teeth and roars. They have no tolerance for shenanigans, and any students beneath their tutelage can look forward to following everything to the T or getting a lecture. Sadbh has never learned the meaning of “slow down”, and works themself to an inevitable stress breakdown or a twenty hour nap, either one. Deeply connected to nature, Sabdh can often be found in forests or river basins, poking around for herbs. Despite their rough medic exterior, Sadbh has a soft spot for young children, happy to teach them basics in medical care.
Of course, they have an infamous temper among their folk. Irritable on the best days, they are set off by anything on their bad. They’re especially pissy if you brush off their suggestions, and they do not forgive easily.
