Profile of Klavius: Details
Appearance
Klavius has an ashen white coat with a gray mask that runs from the bridge of his nose and encircles his eyes, extending slightly up his forehead. The marking bears a striking resemblance to a raven in flight. He also has a grayish outline around the edges of his ears. He bears some scars on his neck and back, but these usually aren't visible outside of the summer season. His eyes are an intense reddish amber color.
Personality
Standoffish and a lone wolf for the most part, Klavius appreciates companionship, but prefers to stay on the outskirts of socialization. He does not like to be the center of attention and prefers quiet, solitary functions, such as acting as a sentry for the pack. While a very capable fighter, he prefers to play a supportive role in fighting and hunting.
Biography
Born in unknown regions to a small pack, Klavius didn't enjoy peace for very long before his family was dispersed by human interference. As a young adult, he was separated entirely from his pack, destined to wander as he searched for them. At one point captured by humans, he was used as bait for half a dozen pitbulls at a time and nearly killed just as many times. His human captors subjected him to several forms of abuse, including neglect and starvation. At one point, he was even tied to the hood of a vehicle where two men put lit cigarettes up his nose and forced him to inhale the smoke. In a survival state of rage, he managed to escape, mauling his abusers in the process, and he fled into a life of continued wandering, alone, searching for a place to belong and find safety.
Relations
Unknown.
Pack History
The pack was small and under constant threat. It's structure was weak, but as the pup of the dominant male and female, Klavius naturally took on a role supportive of his parents, reinforcing their authority.
