Fancy's first year of life was relatively uneventful. And while her sire was ousted from his position as lead stallion just as she turned two years old, he was permitted to remain as an outrider, roaming near the band at all times though his breeding claims were revoked. The new stallion, Duskflower, took over, though several of the mares thought him weak for allowing Fox Frost to remain nearby- essentially acting as an unpaid guardian.

With another stallion to keep watch over the band, Duskflower was given the freedom to be quite prolific; siring three of Fancy's foals in the coming years, and giving her several half-siblings out of her mother and the other mares as well. Fancy assumed the role of lead mare, climbing the ladder as she matured and produced good, healthy foals- though it was to Duskflower's disdain that they were all colts.

She would not bear him another, however- and would leave the herd when convinced to do so by a more ambitious herdmate, Maplesmoke. They came to the Teekon Wilds together, where she would find a herdmates in Selenia, and her daughter Silverbirch. While the herd fluctuated in size over the course of a year, it's only under the recent direction of the stallion Colosseum that it has begun to thrive- heralded with the arrival of a foal for each mare.
