Lucette did not like @Shadess. She was the boldest and pushiest of the littermates, as fiery as her own fur, and already Lucette was becoming something of a loner; any hint of authority that was not her maman's agitated her immensely. More often than not she simply avoided her sister.

But something had taken hold of her today, something vicious and gnawing. Lucette could hardly stand to look at her sister. And so while Shadess napped, Lucette went outside the den and dug around until she found a long, ugly centipede. She carried it proudly into the den, stepping lightly, and leaned over her sister to try to lower the centipede into her ear.

Lucette was a most unloving thing. Her sharp features already forming. Her even sharper eyes. Shadess honestly couldn't decide what her problem was, yet only could assume it was because Shadess was better then her in some way or another. Was it looks? Was it smarts? Was it her quick learning skills? 

Shadess heard shuffling of feet and then a weird noise over her head. Bright green eyes opened, set on the footing of her sister and then her head tips up slowly to see her sister and the bug she hovered over her. 

Luce, She stated with a wrinkling of her nose, Go 'way. Did she honestly have nothing better to do?
