Silver Creek Look around

Laika plodded forward, very pleased with the golden she-wolf that strode just behind her. She flicked her tail, searching around for something to hunt. There was no scent of land prey on the wind -- as per usual -- but Laika had something else in mind. 

She turned right and followed a well worn path down to the river she had hunted in just days prior with Mella. "Do you know how to fish, Phiipa?" She inquired with a smile. Not everyone did, and that was fine. It wasn't a usual way to get food for wolves, but it was the most reliable in times like these. She continued to walk towards the bank as she waited for the reply.

If Phiipa didn't know how to fish, Laika would simply teach her. Even if she didn't make it into Silver Creek, she would use the fishing skills for the rest of her life and Laika was glad to have aided her. If she already knew how to fish, then they would fish their hearts out! The pale queen stepped into the damp bank, letting the cool earth sooth her paws. She gazed into the water, hoping to pinpoint some fish before they started. No luck.
