Verdant Basin arrival

The brothers had traveled from their home to here. It was not the first time Kaertok had been back to his birthplace. He had come back months ago, for a brief amount of time, but nothing had held him here, so he had gone back to his family. Now, though, with @Anuniaq at his side, he felt it was more likely that the both of them would stick around. Tartok wolves had always been stronger together, and they could make a home here if they wanted to.

Presently, he stood at the edge of the water, dipping his head to take a drink from the basin. It was rare that the brothers spoke. They simply didn't need to. Their mission was clear, and anything that went into that mission was satisfactory. Still, Kaertok looked to his brother expectantly. Had they gone far enough? Should they continue for the day? Should they linger here and drink, or should they move on to the next location? Was this spot what they wanted? The questions were unasked, but only because he didn't need to ask them.
