Clay, keen-eyed and brave as always, was quick to notice his mother returning with something in her jaws. Curious, he didn't waste any time in standing to stumble over his brothers and sisters, running past them in a fury, and barreling into his mothers leg with a soft 'oof' escaping his jaws.
He wondered silently what the creature was, head tipping to the side as his tail wagged.
Clay paid no mind to the fur that flew off of it, he only stared at it for a bit before returning his attention to the creature, watching it be ripped open by his mother teeth. Something about the scene made his stomach feel uneasy— Mainly because he had never seen such a messy and violent thing. Absentmindedly, the boys jaw fell open and he tongued at the one large fang that poked out of his lips consistently. Could his teeth do that?
He was quick to cast it away though as he noticed the smell of meat and quickly dove his face into the hare with no care that he was getting messy.
