Thick ears pulled forward in an attentive stance, against his defenses - but perhaps he wasn't focused on his defenses at full anymore...

Steady feet slowly picked up in pace until with a flash he lunged again, but something was different. His mind was blank. Thinking had faded. Instead, he was reacting and his lunge was more so in the attempt to pin her to the ground. What he would do then was unclear, it was one thing at a time right now. Was it the need for control?
