He swallowed thickly after telling the news to his parents. And not to his surprise, they indeed looked uneasy about the situation. He knew they would. He felt guilt swirl in his gut as he watched their expressions fall upon looking at one another for answers. "It was... quite some time ago," he confessed, wincing at his fathers raised brows to him. "I'm sorry for not coming home sooner. I freaked, and ran to Valour instead." He had hoped his parents would leave it at that.

He smiled tiredly at her, his tail wagging and head-nodding before looking back at the Nightwalker. "What?" He whispered, shocking to see his friend leave so soon. Valour couldnt leave!
