Whether or not he actually did, they'd find out eventually. Arbiter's next reply wasn't necessarily truly light-hearted, but for her it was upbeat... ish. I just want to know how to spend my time. I'll see what's around here and keep the locals in line. The usual, in other words. Though other things were going to happen to both of them while they were gone. And not necessarily good things.
