Firefly Glen lix. we were covered in rain

Iota didn't make a habit of sleeping long in strange places, but it would seem his body had been more tired than he had given it credit to be. He woke in a dazed state of confusion, the pattering of light rain slicking his coat down as it fell... Then a different sort of pattering caught his attention - that of dainty paws approaching, and he sat up slowly to crane his neck around in search of the source of the sound. A slight woman was wandering just within the forests borders, unease written clear in her delicate features. As he didn't want to startle her overmuch, Iota stood slowly and stretched as his jaws split into a great yawn, and he turned to her with a light woof to alert her to his presence. "Hello, there... A bit damp for a stroll, hm?" he called softly, his tail wagging gently to exhibit his friendly intentions. "Apologies if I gave you a fright - I hadn't realized how long I'd been dozing here out in the open."
