She was bloody, beaten, battered and beyond mauled from his own teeth, yet there she stood. In his face, a foul smile on her mouth, and with a spunky tail flaunting out. A psycho, really.

A huff of disbelief, littered with a bit of amusement he didn't know he had about it. Everything still felt fuzzy. "Oh, really? Thanks. I'll be sure to pay for your lessons sometime. Sure I'll learn a lot." Angry kitten indeed- hissy mouth.

Every word he tried to speak just wouldn't form right. He didn't feel right. Where she was proud and so violently cocky, he couldn't fix himself straight. Involuntary, sluggish sways, and a vision that continued to fight with its own body. His body.

It was funny, really. Out of every way he'd ever felt, and yes, that was very limited, he had not felt like this. At least, when he had before, be it when his head got kicked in by a moose, or when that woman hounded him for his recklessness about it, he just had himself to worry about. He supposed that was true now.

What the man didn't know would come was this moment, and now, and how while regret was not present, worry was. He couldn't fall down again. Not like this. Not right here.

He'd just have to make it home. Just make it home.

Bonnie's head plummeted down towards the ground and his feet were splayed tightly. His eyes winced close, his head felt..strangely airy. "Let me know when you're available and we'll talk about a downpayment." 

The man turned awkwardly, and all he could do was walk. Walk. Go back, and hope there'd be a voice somewhere again that pissed him off the same way hers did- that would be enough to keep him going. "Or I'll come find you again." He would come find her again.
