had she been sent? prudent was the pack sending emissaries to the teeth of killing hunters, but sun eater was innately wary of friendliness from others. such overtures had their undertones.

but now sun eater looked fully at morwenna, taking in the fineness of her coat, the poise with which she chose her words.
