Porcupine Ridge Animal impulses

Dreven was trotting through the pack lands. Enjoying his own self solitude. A lift of his nose to the air, seconds before her scent hit him and then there she was. His tiny little wretch. Smelling like herself and him all mixed in. It was weird. He stared at her. They shared a den. She would have noticed had he a wound. But then again. He did not often stay long in bed. He was not a good sleeper. He would sleep when he was dead.

Blood and hare scent mixed in. And he lifted paws and head so she could look at him to her hearts content. He didn't even make a remark about their close proximity. Singular eye finding her.
