sivaak hears the heavy thud of his paws behind her, the rumble in his throat like a promise of violence. she doesn’t need to look back to know he’s closing in.

when he lunges for her nape, she twists sharply, a snarl ripping free from her throat as she sidesteps just enough to evade his grasp. her teeth flash, snapping toward his face in a quick, brutal motion.

yes. her mind chants. fight me. take me. her mind roars. she sees great potential in this man. even better, he hasn't opened his fat mouth to chide or seduce her with honeyed words. a man of action; a man of strength and brutality.

all the while she recoils on the defense, she continues the lash of her tail, wafting her sultry scent to further taunt him.
