Stone Circle if you're gonna tell them everything

It was a beautiful area. Easy loved it for the crisp air and the scent of quaking aspens, and the open and rolling hills and the great big sky —

It was her home. It had always been her home. Not the Stone Circle that lay somewhere beyond so much, but the whole area.

"When I was a little girl, a pack called Easthollow lived here," she said to her traveling companion. "My aunt Valette led it, and my daddy and my siblings and I lived right next door at the cuesta, where I was born. But we lost track of each other somewhere along the way. Almost all of us."

She offered the woman a sad smile.

"Where is your family, Milan?" she asked. She felt, after a few days of getting to know the woman, that this was not all that strange a question.
