Behind him, his tail had since started thumping lightly against the earth, a smile never far from his lips. Her giggling had made his ears perk up with interest, the sound being something that he hadn't heard in quite some time. It was a pleasant tune, and he'd be slow to forget it, if ever he did. Though that was something for the future, as well as being far from his mind as he was left to lay there whilst watching the small girl.

In a matter of minutes, however, he'd had to resist the urge to jerk his head back. She'd snagged hold of his nose, tiny teeth feeling like a thousand little needles as they pricked him. He'd gotten over it, pushing past the brief stinging sensation so that he could slowly move his muzzle from side-to-side, attempting to wiggle it out of her grasp.
