All Welcome
It was midday, the sun high in the sky, fauna of all types out and about. A white wolf slowly stepped out towards the Greatwater Lake before her, looking down into the still waters and seeing her reflection stare right back at her. She softly began to lap at the water, quenching the thirst that the hot sun had brought upon her. She was determined to find somewhere to rest that night, somewhere more perminent than a pile of leaves or somewhere under a shady tree.

She noticed something by the lake as well; a small brown scruffy hare drinking from the lake as well. She fixed her icy blue eyes on the small target, and began to try to orbit around it, crouching down though she doubted her white fur would blend in with the vivid green grass below her. The hare's ears pricked up and she made eye contact with those beady black eyes, and they both were off in a mad dash. One ran for their life, the other ran to take that life away.

As she ran, she was fixed upon the hare, it's scent making her hunger, hearing it's thundering heartbeat in her ears as she raced after it. Not looking where she was going, she had accidentally chased the hare into the Bramblepoint. It dove into the brambles and made it's escape while she went nose first into some spikey brambles, yelping as she staggered back and heard those litle feet bound away.

She growled to herself and decided to lay down briefly. "Can't catch one stupid hare..." she mumbled.
