There were things where Quixote was kind of strict and there were others where he was just kinda like, "Yeah whatever."  If he'd known the actual distance that she had started to cross or the fact that he was probably accidentally adding a month or two to her age, perhaps he'd be a bit more suspicious, but as far as Bat was concerned, she'd probably struck gold for finding the leader who was most willing to take the story at face value.  The location slip up was comparatively minor to the word-swappage that had been at the beginning of Rory's introduction, so he'd pretty much glossed over it as nerves.

He could sort of see the value of whatever the wolf equivalent of an exchange student program would be, nodding slightly at the thought before his brain tripped a bit and he asked, Wait, is she expecting one of our kids back in return when they're older or something or is this like an one-way trade or what?  That did give him a little bit of anxiety -- the thought of one of his still-small children heading off into the unknown, and he was none to keen if that was a thing that was going to happen any time soon.

Honestly, Quixote kind of wished Raven had shown up here instead.  He didn't know her extended family at all, and though from the sound of it the Drageda wolves were good people, he was mostly operating on the fact that he was pretty sure none of them were axe murderers and were thus probably ok, if not actually obligated to let them in to the ranks.  Maybe next time they needed to do some scouting, it should be him taking a trip he didn't really want to do.
