Her smile was always something he looked forward to seeing especially after traveling so far without her by his side. The laugh she had let out was music to his ears as they perked. “I should have known that, everything has been since the cats. “ he said as he followed her to a quieter place though the water was heard if one was to listen closely in the background.
“I’ve been good. Missing you.” He admitted before he caught what had come out of his mouth. Quickly his eyes moved from the blackbird to something off in the distance. In his mind he was beating himself up, knowing it was something he should have kept to himself. He just had all these feelings and he didn’t know how to let them out so they came out unexpectedly on him.
