The woman who had come to join her was definitely the sort of wolf who would fit in well with the wolves of Undersea- she was soft-spoken but friendly, and seemed to have that caring, motherly nature that most of the female wolves had; a trait that Coelacanth seemed to draw in like a magnet. Her apology was instantly accepted, naturally, with a nod of Thresher's head and the low sweeping motion of her beige tail. She regarded the female with intelligent, interested eyes, and smiled as she introduced herself.

Her response, as per usual, was the nickname that her mother had given to her. "Treasure." She said, and then turned to look toward the shells she had collected. Tahani expressed her appreciation for them, thinking that they were pretty- but Thresher wondered if she knew just how pretty those shells could really be. So she motioned that Tahani could come closer, and nudged one of the shells toward her. "Maybe oysters. Oysters hold pearl." She said, and selected one for herself, and began the process of chewing along the softer outside rim of the shell, before trying to crack through the thicker, harder main portion of the shell. Once she was able to get the shell's edges to part a bit, she was able to hold down one edge with one of her paws and peel the other back with her teeth; Thresher had done this before. She nosed around in the shell, eating up the fresh seafood within, but found nothing in terms of a pearl. She shrugged. "Not this one. Yours?" She asked, gesturing for Tahani to try the shell she'd been given, in hopes that she might find something pretty.
