The brisk, coastline breeze ruffled her fur, but brought with it the scent of another wolf, masked lightly by the salt of the ocean, but still noticeable nonetheless. She breathed in the woman's scent for a moment, without turning to see where she was- though she knew by the direction of the wind that she was approaching from her flank, from inland. She allowed her mind to roam, and with the whisper of the wind she drew several soft whispers, divining them and giving them shape and meaning so that she could interpret them later. The moment she opened her eyes, she was met with the woman's voice, and a smile curled the corner of her lips.

She turned, slightly, side-stepping her hindquarters elegantly and turning her back to the ocean so that she could face the female. Dark, she noticed, but not without highlights where the tips of her guard hairs turned silver, like a spattering of aurora across a winter sky. The aluminium of her eyes was as bright as the glint of moonlight on water, and the tone of her voice like wind through the shivering leaves of an aspen; cool, calm, but not without the hushed, high tones of a whisper.

"We are not travellers," She responded, but then bowed her head, and gave the female a faintly amused smile. "But we express greetings nonetheless."
