there weren't many in the area. and even less who smelt like trouble.
like guilt and sadness. that made trouble. the sickness of the mind made wolves irrational. poking in places they had no business being.
Sahsa guessed she had this sort of sickness as she shifted closer to the stranger.
she drifted closer.
no sound of greeting, just a side-eye.
poking in places she should be poking.
