She could practically feel her heart flutter out of her chest. The woman's next tempting words only amplified such a sensation. Her following sentence made it clear that she would not be against...staying. Iana took some pride in this, of course. She had been the one to greet the woman here and had hopefully played a role in her decision.

Well... She trailed off with a playful smile that faded away so she could speak further. I do not have last say, but my leader is a good man. I believe he would hear this out. She could not make promises, but Rye had not been turned away when Iana had brought him in. So why would this woman?
