Stone Circle round, round, round..

Balls ..there was a rumble in his stomach as he tried to hunt a hare. And he failed, again. Two days in a row now. Hunger was settling in and despite the fact that there was plenty of food during the spring/summer season, every piece of meat still had the ability to run away. Or, in case of rabbits and hares (his favorite!) jump like a fresh-born filly who saw sunshine for the first time.

And when he became hungry, he became grumpy.

Still frustrated with his past unlucky hunting endeavors, Dragonfly kicked a stone with his paw. It bounced from one stone to another, quite unexpectedly. Ears stood erect, head was lifted. What just happened? Deciding to give it another shot, Dragonfly suddenly felt like a soccer talent among wolves and began to kick a stone that was smooth and almost perfectly round. It rolled, somersaulted and rolled some more until it bounced back against a bigger stone. Hey -- he figured with a playful smile -- this was fun. And for a second there -- he forgot his hunger since, somehow, he had a knack for a wolfish version of soccer.
