➥ Aeliana prowled fiercely and vigilantly around the borders of Elysium. While others are busy searching for a proper place to bury the deceased. She began to patrol more often; she was done weeping her tears❟ done sulking into her den as neither of those would ever bring them back. Now❟ she just wanted what happened a month ago to never happen again.
Not unless she could be able to prevent it or at least signal to the others so they could stop the threat before even got into the territory.
She couldn’t help but place the blame on her shoulders if she was a little fast she could of done… something. Cut off the bear before it got into the Territory? Signaled the others and kept it busy? Fought it? Just... anything besides seeing her friend died.
Lily took her in when no one else would. She had no experience in hunting or fighting. She tried to get into a pack. Easthollow from what she could remember, she could on best summarize it as them saying that had no need for a young, inexperienced wolf that couldn’t hunt❟ couldn’t fight and spoke nothing but nonsense about the furless❟ flat-faced aliens.
But look at her now.
She went from hunting already injured prey and scavenging carcasses to hunting down geese❟ ducks❟ minks❟ rabbits and lone deer if she was able to. She was eager and confident to do a Pack Hunt when the time came.
But for now, she’ll patrol.
Aeliana soon stopped❟ her head turning and staring at the mountains where the Killer had escaped to. Eyes burning with small embers of anger...

This is the law of the Jungle, as old and as true as the sky, And the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die.
As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk, the law runneth forward and back; For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

Minnow was wandering near the borders even though her dad had told her not to many times before she couldn’t help but be drawn to them. They always seemed to bring new people in like her grandpa. Even though she knew it wasn’t possible she had a small hope that maybe it would bring her mom back.
She was drawn from her thoughts when she saw a grownup and sort of waddled over. “Hello.” She said simply with a small wag of her tail.
