Long awaited thread, i'm so sorry for all the confusion! @Sien

Nemesis lifted her nose to the air, a howl playing on her lips. She had to settle this once and for all, the choice had been on her mind for too long. The last time she attempted to bury all connections with the pale girl, things hadn't gone too well, She didn't even end up finding the girl in the end. Her decision was made, Misty was nothing to her, any thought of the girl was painted red with fury. Misty was a traitor, one who ditched their home instead of facing her fears. But no, she wouldn't spend any more of her time thinking about it.

Almost like it had been planned, her stomach growled in aching hunger. She would set off to bury the hatchet right after she ate her fill. One could describe the unfortunate timing as planned procrastinating, but in all honesty, she was starving.
Her piercing cold eyes blinked around, searching for any sign of small deer or rabbit. Instead, her nose caught the scent of another wolf, nearby at that. Perhaps she had time to drive off a loner before setting off, a few hours didn't do any harm.
Her legs picked their pace, dashing rhythmically to the wolf, who she had never smelt the scent of. It was curious how she took her time, considering the urgency of her original mission. But no, the winter was coming and the last thing she needed was a loner walking on pack territory in search for some food. It was best to deal with the threat before it striked.

np! sorry for the long wait friend; hope this is satisfactory. :' )

Sien inhaled deeply as a brisk autumn breeze sent stray leaves scattering playfully around her legs. The air was cool and slighty damp, rich with the musk of earth and dead leaves. Overhead, the Creator graced the day with his fair essence, doling out a small measure of warmth to offset the atmospheric chill. Thank you, she thought quietly. Silent gratitude had almost become habitual as of late. A small voice in her head asked bitterly what she was thanking anybody for, when autumn only meant that winter was drawing near – but she curbed those thoughts neatly. This too was something she’d grown accustomed to. From somewhere nearby, a rancorous howl rose out from the background noise of rustling leaves, causing her to still. Ears perked, alert like a soldier’s salute, she stared at the direction the sound had come from and tested the air.

Nothing of much note came to her attention, she was likely on the wrong side of the wind for that, but Sien couldn’t shake her feeling of unease nevertheless. The clamor had been far too close to comfort. She considered investigating, but she was decidedly against the notion of getting caught up in someone’s misguided rage or vengefulness. While she was duty-bound to offer assistance and support to those who needed it, whoever had been howling hadn’t sounded like they were in the market for comfort at all. What they needed, Sien thought firmly as she continued on her original path at a brisk pace, was some time to cool off. Alone. Without anybody else interfering in their business. Including her. She was doing this in the name of both of their best interests, Sien convinced herself, picking up her pace as the uneasiness made a comeback and inexplicably grew.

As it turned out, her disquietude wasn't without merit. Mere minutes had passed before she heard the tell-tale signs of approaching company; the crackling leaves concealed little. Sien whirled around to confront – no, that wasn’t right. She should try to be optimistic and refrain from coming into the situation with preconceived notions. She whirled around to hopefully placate…? That didn’t quite fit either. She whirled around to make the acquaintance of the stranger. Yes, perfect, Sien thought, as she evaluated the incoming…female, by the smell of it. Built for speed, was the first thing that came to mind. It made sense, given how quickly she’d caught up. Of course, there was no guarantee this was the same wolf who’d made such a racket before. Granted, it was very likely given that she’d come from the same direction and her demeanor didn’t seem to be a particularly friendly one, by any stretch of the imagination, but Sien could always hope. ”Need something?” she asked. She forced herself to maintain a neutral posture and tried, with moderate success, to keep her voice level and calm.

As the stranger approached her, she could only let out a warning growl, indicating that she was in no mood to deal with whatever the female brung. She had enough of those who came into her life all happy go lucky when it never benefited anyone at all. Yet, she could not judge based on appearances, despite the intriguing fact that those with a darker pelt seemed to be darker inside. The stranger could easily be just as devious as herself, as she had come to realise that no underestimations could afford to be made anymore. Not since the last time.

While other wolves would instantly take to strangersm she was most definitely the opposite. Anyone who wasn't a Blackfeather wasn't worth her time, to be perfectly honest. Despite her prejudiced moral code, she was interested in what the female wanted by asking her if she needed something. What could she possibly want from a loner? More specifically, a strange loner. This was quite out of the ordinary, for most wolves could tell a normal wolf from a Blackfeather wolf, in which she was anything but normal. Perhaps this one didn't know what kind of wolf she was, or where she came from. She wanted to mentally sigh at the girl's obliviousness to the situation, but stopped herself. There was something she needed, and hostility wouldn't get it.

She tensed her muscles, relaxing her frigid. dangerous demeanour. No doubt the girl would be suspicious, but all efforts were necessary to pull it off. Putting on her kindest look, (no matter how much it pained her), she spoke up, the coldness of her voice leaving her. "Ah, yes! You see, i'm looking for someone. Do you think you could help?" She asked, not a hint of malevolence in her tone. All thoughts of Misty had vanished as her aspirations reformed around a certain witch she had longed to gut for positioning her. She didn't know the name of the female, but had only heard the accent in her voice. The poison had left her blind, only driven by the blood lust that had kept her going. Eventually the blindness had worn off, but her fury had not.

She could only hope she played the part well enough to pass off as a kind hearted, lost female. Even if the female didn't fall for it, it was one more reason to sink her claws into the girl, as she hadn't shed innocent blood in too long.
