Okay, so that was a relief. Whip could breath easy knowing that next time, he would know what to expect. That there was no need to panic. He was also relieved to know that Kalika was open to teaching him the proper way of pleasing the opposite sex. Despite Kalika's obvious dissapointment, she still offered Whip affection. Affection, of which Whip had always craved -- demanded, in some cases. One could look at the pink ribbon scars that ran the length of Whip's forelimbs and see the physical plea for love.

The swell that held them together slowly went slack. Whip pulled once again, testing to see if their hold still stood. He slipped out with a wet squelching noise, freeing Kalika of any lingering contact. "Next time," said Whip. "I'll try to do better next time." He would wait eagerly until then. "Is there anything else I can do?" he asked instead of taking his leave.
