Sequoia Coast i'm not like them, but i can pretend.

no idea when this should take place in regards to my thread w ford. -vague-

the pads of her feet were not used to traveling such distances. delicate feet grew tired and sore, and it was times like this that dalia desperately wished she hadn't left the safety of drageda. portia would've had the remedy-- out here, in the wild, dalia would've had to search for it... and she was not positive she could find herbs as easily as she could when they grew in gardens outside her den. 

the sand helped, sometimes, but the ocean water especially was nice. it was cool and soothing, and so dalia walked along the shoreline and let the water lap at her pale paws. up ahead, the freckled yearling spotted two boys, watching as one made to... sprint full speed ahead towards the other one. dalia slowed, her tail still and ears cupped forwards as she watched the tragedy unfold before her... assuming she'd go unnoticed in the waves.
