Blackfeather Woods want my friend, want my heart’s mend

Ah, he'd upset her.

His ears swept forward atop his skull when her hackles prickled like needles along her nape, his glossy eye drifting across her bitter form while his feet came to a stop a distance away. A wily tongue slithered between velvet lips to lick his maw while he debated whether to leave her be or continue to tread in dangerous waters - to press further, to test more. 

He rocked his hips till he fell to his haunches, tail curling neatly beside him while he stared dully in her direction, the fascination he once held slowly fading from his glazed sight. And as he waited for her move be it violent or not, he simply observed, nose wiggling as the winter breeze danced between them.
