Shells were something her mother might like- but she had made her mind up to seek out a particular kind of shell, one that might have something she could take to her mother to cheer her up in Koi's absense. The idea had occurred to her suddenly, and she'd renewed her search, picking up and setting aside several shells that might hide a special treasure when a greeting whuff caught her attention and spooked her. Thresher leapt into the air in surprise and whirled around, but landed with grace, her tail waving inquisitively. She'd been surprised, but wasn't frightened to see a slightly unfamiliar face regarding her.

She looked the fluffy, older female over; she had a nice, kind look about her, and Thresher was quick to trust, even if she was slightly on the shy side still. She bobbed her head in greeting and lowered her plumed tail, which continued to sway in a friendly manner. 'Lo," She responded, ears flicking forward to receive what she hoped would be an introduction.
