All Welcome
Massaraq was growing quickly, and with that growth came what felt like surprisingly new wellsprings of energy. He wanted not only to explore, but also to jump over fallen branches, wrestle his siblings, and see how far out into the lake he could swim. He was skirting the borders of the territory, partially out of curiosity and partially because he was starting to understand that that's what adults sometimes did and while he was in no hurry to grow up he did want to know what all the fuss was about.

You’re not s’pposed to be out t’is far.

Kassuq had a lazy, lion-type look to him as he stared at his brother. The white coated boy was perched on the gnarled root of a tree, occasionally wobbling before correcting his balance. Kassuq had grown up into a quiet boy, who preferred nature to speaking, but it didn’t stop him from doggedly following his siblings like a weirdo.

Lucky for you, ‘m not tellin. He took an elegant step off the tree root, totally not because he had over-corrected and now was scared he was gonna fall.

Massaraq turned abruptly to realize that Kassuq was nearby on the tree root. He wagged his tail at first thinking his brother was there to join him on his adventure, but at his brother's lazy stare and words Massaraq's expression soured into a pout. Mullishly he replied. "Well you're not either!" And then realizing that now they were both in trouble if they were caught and seeing Kassuq about to come down he leaped forward, attempting to pin the the wolf. "So we're both lucky." After neither one could admit how they knew the other was that far without revealing themselves.
