Here's my last post. c: Thank you, too, for the thread!

Alastor listened right up to the point she said her farewells, staying silent until then. "Thank you for the acorn, and the luck!" he called after her. "I wish the same for you." As she started to jog off, his jaws parted once more to allow his words an escape. "Farewell, Silver Bone! I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you again someday." His voice slowly faded with the wind as she continued back to where he assumed her home was, and he looked down to the acorn. The yearling didn't really want to carry an acorn around forever, but didn't want to leave it to be squirrel food. Scooping it up and into his mouth, the argent boy decided he would find a nice place to bury it in, in the hopes that a tree will eventually begin to sprout up. With the acorn in his mouth, he glanced int he female's direction one lest time, before turning and heading away from the lake. Where he was to go next, he was unsure of, but hoped to come across someone as kind as Bone had been.
