Rolayne was a happy pup on Moonspear. Once his Dad moved him and his brother to Moontide, he became almost uncontrollable. He generally runs wild with no care as to rules or manners. He chases anything that moves, and generally wreaks havoc upon the territory.

One day, he took off to Moonspear to find Sialuk, the wolf who cared and nurtured him from the day he as born to the day his father took he and his brother back to Moontide. She was who he considered his mother. He spent time with her, traveled to other pack with her, and fully assumed that she and his cousins would come back to Moontide and they would be a big happy family. Sialuk set him straight, that her home was in Moonspear, but that Rolayne could visit whenever he wanted. It broke his heart, but one day he would truly understand. He returned to Moontide, sullen.
